Morgan Smithyes carry out rating work on behalf of a number of clients.

Following the rating revaluation in 2005, many companies received notification from the District Valuer’s office of their intention to increase the Rateable Value of the property, and in turn, charge higher business rates.

There is a rating revaluation every 5 years – the next is due in 2010.
